Our Return Policy

At ROUX, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery.

Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Product must be in its original, unopened packaging
  • Product must be undamaged and unused
  • Return must be requested within 30 days of delivery
  • Original proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products without original packaging
  • Products damaged due to misuse
  • Final sale items (if any)

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Provide your reason for return.
  3. Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and instructions.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.).

Refund Process

Once we receive your return and verify it meets our return policy conditions:

  • We will process your refund within 5-7 business days
  • You will receive an email/whatsapp confirmation when your refund has been processed
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within 10 business days after we've notified you of the refund processing, please contact us at rouxbodyworks@gmail.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same product, please contact us at rouxbodyworks@gmail.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to exchange.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at rouxbodyworks@gmail.com. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and provide you with a prepaid shipping label to return the damaged item.
