Return shipping & refund speed
- Customers cover return shipping (unless we made an error or item arrived damaged).
- Refunds are issued within 5-7 business days after we receive the return.

Damaged or defective?
If your Roux arrives damaged or you receive a defective product, contact us immediately at rouxbodyworks@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a free replacement or a full refund, and we’ll cover return shipping costs.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. For a different product, we recommend returning the original (you’re covered by our guarantee) and placing a new order.
